For your safety and security, it’s important to report repairs straight away. During normal office hours (9.00am – 5.00pm Mon – Fri) please report the repair in person or by telephoning our direct line number, 01582 506 968. In less urgent cases, you could also let us know about the problem via e-mail.

What we need to know

When you report any repair, it helps us give you a prompt service if you give us clear information:

• Your name, address and phone number
• A clear description of what needs repairing
• A daytime phone number and when you’ll be in, so we can arrange an appointment for our team or the contractor who’ll do the repair.
